Workouts
7 minute AMRAP
Burpees
Each team member must complete the 7 minutes by themselves. The score for the team will the the total number of burpees completed by the whole team
In a team if 3 take the average reps of all members and add it to your total reps to get your final score.
In a team of 5 take the average reps of all members and take it away from your total reps to get your final score.
Complete a 5km run for time
Every 1km (including 0km and 5km) complete a 1 minute AMRAP of air squats
There will be two scores for this workout.
Score A: The combined time it takes for all of your team members to complete the 5km run including the 6 minutes of AMRAPS for each team member
Score B: The Total number of air squat completed by all members of the team

The final event of BYG III is a "wildcard week." You have the ability to score an infinite amount of points for you team by completing any of the following tasks. Each task can be performed any number of times before 6pm on Friday 12th February.
Mile run
1 mile run: 2 points
Sub 8 minute mile: 4 points
Sub 7 minute mile: 6 points
Sub 6 minute mile: 10 points
Sub 5 minute mile: 20 points
Burpees EMOM 10
6x burpees: 2 points
8x burpees: 4 points
10x burpees: 6 points
15 burpees: 10 points
20 burpees: 20 points
Ground to overhead
500/400kg GTOH: 2 points
750/600kg GTOH: 4 points
1000/800kg GTOH: 6 points
1500/1200kg GTOH: 10 points
2000/1600kg GTOH: 20 points
5 km run
5km run: 2 points
Sub 28 minute 5km: 4 points
Sub 25 minute 5m: 6 points
Sub 22 minute 5 km: 10 points
Sub 20 minute 5km: 20 points
Lunge:
50m: 2 points
100m: 4 points
150m: 6 points
250m: 10 points
500m: 20 points
Devils press
300/200kg: 2 points
525/350kg: 4 points
750/500kg: 6 points
1200/800kg: 10 points
2250/1500: 20 points
Points increase as the difficult of the task increases. If you lift more, run faster, move quicker you will be rewarded with more points for you team.
You team score is the total number of points accumulated by all team members over the week.
