Salut les athlètes !

Ça y est les BGR Contest passe en mode Autumn Edition 🍁

 

🗓 Week-end du 14 (en soirée) au 16 octobre.

➡️ Team de 3 HHF

📍Crossfit Bergerac

📌 1 WOD exterieur en nocturne + 5 WOD + 1 Floater + 1 Finale

💶 240€/Team

 

📈 Standards minimum

🏋🏼‍♂️ Snatch 30/25kg Clean & Jerk 50/30kg

🤸🏻‍♀️ Pour les standards en Gym, il faut au moins maîtriser les pull-ups 😉

🏃🏽 En cardio, attendez vous à tout, les vignes étant tout autour de nous, on a pas mal d'idées en tête... 😂

Pour cette édition, nous allons vous proposer la même chose que la dernière, il y aura 3 niveaux proposés à chaque WOD (RX, Inter et Scaled) les RX se placeront toujours devant les inter et les inter toujours devant les scaled. Ce sera en mode OPEN, vous pourrez dans la journée faire un WOD en inter et le WOD suivant le faire en RX, vous aurez le choix à chaque WOD 😄

Team de 3 ➡️ 240€/team (3 t-shirts compris dans le pack athlète)

 

Aucun remboursement ne sera fait après validation de l'inscription, possibilté de revendre votre place si vous ne pouvez plus venir.
