About This Competition
One day, four person team event with 2 Men/2 Women per team!
A division for everyone! Rx, Intermediate, Scaled, Masters (Total combined age 160+), Masters Scaled (Total combined age 160+)
We will have cash payouts for all divisions based on total entries for each division!
Standards:
Rx - Familiar with all skilled gymnastics, including bar and/or ring muscle ups, handstand pushups, toes to bar, handstand walking, rope climbs. Comfortable with working weights of 155/105lb Snatches, 185/125lb Cleans, 155/105lb Shoulder to Overhead, 275/205lb Deadlift. Other standard movements may include box jumps, GHD Situps, Double Unders etc.
Intermediate/Masters - Familiar with moderately skilled gymnastics, including chest to bar pullups, toes to bar, handstand pushups with an abmat, rope climbs. Comfortable with working weights around 135/95lb Snatches, 165/115lb Cleans, 135/95lb Shoulder to Overhead, 225/155lb Deadlift. Other standard movements may include box jumps, GHD Situps, Double Unders etc.
Scaled/Scaled Masters - Ring Rows, with option to sub out pullups if desired, feet to 90 degrees, rope pulls, handstand pushups off of a box. Comfortable with working weights around 95/65lb snatches, 115/85lb cleans, 95/65lb shoulder to overhead, 185/125lb deadlift. Other standard movements may include box steps, GHD situps to a box, single unders etc.

15 Synchro Toes to Bar (Int/M=15 Toes to Bar (non synchro), Sc/MSc=15 Hanging Knee Raises (non synchro)
10 Bar Muscle Ups (Int/M=10 Chest to Bar Pullups, Sc/MSc=10 Burpees to touch pullup bar)
2 Rope Climbs (S/MSc=6 Rope Pulls)
-Teams work in pairs MM & FF
-One pair works at a time, one pair rests, alternating on full rounds
-8 min cap
12 min AMRAP
All four athletes working the whole time.
One athlete rows max distance, two athletes work to complete as many rounds as possible of:
10 Synchro Alternating Dumbbell Snatches 70/50lbs (Int/M=50/35lbs, Sc/ScM=DB Cleans 50/35lbs)
10 Synchro Alternating Overhead Lunges in place 70/50lbs (Int/M=50/35lbs, Sc/ScM=Front Rack Hold Lunges 50/35lbs)
10 Burpees Over Planked Teammate (All divisions)
-The two working athletes can only accumulate reps while the last teammate is hanging from the pullup bar by their hands
-Teams must rotate rowing athlete after completion of each round
At the end of the 12 min AMRAP there will be 2 scores: the distance on the rower and the total rounds/reps completed by the other athletes. The hanging has no impact on score and is only used to determine when the two athletes may be accumulating reps.

-One athlete goes at a time, in any order, and completes entire workout before tagging in the next athlete
