About This Competition

 

Hello Everyone! 

Come join us for our 3rd Annual Hallo-Wod competition!

All the workouts will be more treats and some tricks! 🎃 

There will be a total of four events!!

Come as a ghoul, vamp, werewolf or any costume you choose to wear, not required but clothes are!! (Prize for best costume)

There will be three divisions, Rx, Masters and Scale, teams of two MM or FF.

Registration will be priced at $60 per team!

Limited Team Shirts are available at a separate cost! 

Refund Policy: Refunds must be requested three weeks out due to ordering of competition team shirts. 

Substitutions/Replacement: Team members may be replaced at any time up day of competition, shirt size may be limited to sizes pre ordered. 

Bring anything you'd like to get you through the day from gear to snacks. 

Parking: Will be located west of the building, there will be a set of directions and location via email.

Athlete A: Max Calories Skierg

Athlete B: You Go, I Go

10 Wall Balls 20/14

8 Handstand Push-ups

6 Toes to Bar

On 3, 2, 1, Go!

Athlete A will accumulate as many calories as possible while Athlete B completes a round of 10 Wall Balls, 8 Handstand Push-ups, and 6 Toes to Bar, as soon as Athlete B completes 1 round, Athlete A will begin the same round of movements while Athlete B accumulates as many calories as possible. This process will repeat till the 16' is over.

Masters: Same as above

Scale: Wall Ball 14/10, Push Press 75/55, Hanging Knee Raises

Score: Meter (meters will be converted to pounds) and total lifts combine

- On 3,2,1 Go! Athletes will accumulate as many calories in 4', they may switch off how they see fit, once the 4' is up, athletes will go directly into a heavy lift, only one athlete may choose which lift to achieve a heavy load. Partner A will lift until heavy power snatch load is found, once they are done, partner B will begin to find a heavy power clean.


Athletes will have 8’ to find a combine load. You may spend as much time on either lift but the power clean may not begin until the power snatch is found.

- On 3,2,1 Go! Athletes will buy in on the assault bike, any way they see fit, once the buy in is complete, partner A will begin the ascending ladder of thrusters and partner B will do the lateral burpee box jump over, partner A will do 2 thrusters, parnter B will do 2 burpee box jump over, partner A will do 4 thrusters, and will continue this pattern until both have completed 10 of the tasked movement, they will move into the shared bar muslce ups, pull-ups or jumping pull-ups, once that is complete, both partners will begin the descending rep scheme of 10 down to 2, this time swapping movements, partner B will do thrusters, partner A will do lateral burpee box jump over, once the last rep is done, athletes will buy out on the assault bike.
