About This Competition

Vennerne fra Gladsaxe CrossFit er værterne når der d. 30-31. oktober inviteres til den individuelle konkurrence 'ONE'.

'ONE' er en en-dags individuel konkurrence, hvor der kan stilles i divisionerne nedenfor.

LØRDAG: Scaled og RX
SØNDAG: Intermediate og Intermediate Master*
Bemærk, at der grundet omfanget af divisioner er begrænset antal pladser.

*Tilmeldingen for Masters sker som udgangspunkt i en 'åben' Masters division (min. 35 år i 2021). Som tilmeldingerne tilgår inddeler vi i divisioner, hvor det giver mening. Dette sker for at imødekomme så bredt et Masters felt som muligt.

Vi håber, at vi ses i Gladsaxe CrossFit til en dag i de individuelles tegn.
