Oogie Boogie Brawl
About This Competition
The 2024 Oogie Boogie Brawl is Adventure CrossFit's first in-house competition! We are excited to bring you a fun, family friendly, competitive event that celebrates fitness and our community! The best part? It's during the Halloween season which means costumes are STRONGLY encouraged. And if your costume is good enough, you will even be rewarded!
Workouts will be released in the near future so stay tuned!
The competition will consist of 4 workouts. This is a team (pairs) event. Co-ed and same sex pairs will all compete in the same division.
To complete each workout RX, the athlete must beable to do: repetitive pull-ups, double unders, handstand push-ups, and toes to bar. If you are unable to complete any of these movements, FEAR NOT! We have scaled options for every movement.
All proceeds from this event will go directly to the Adventure CrossFit equipment fund to help provide our members the most updated and quality equipment!
