5th Annual Raindeer gainz throwdown
About This Competition
This competition is a 3 person same sex teams (MMM/FFF). Two divisions will be offered; Novice and Intermediate (RX athletes are welcome) however, there will be NO: HAND STAND WALKS; STRICT HANDSTAND PUSH-UPS; MUSCLE UPS. All other movements could be used. Barbell weight will be manageable in metcons however there may be a 1 rep max lift or complex to test your overall strength. * Prizes for 1st 2nd and 3rd in each division.
NOVICE division will not have; handstand push-ups; pull-ups; toes to bar; squat snatches; overhead squats; rope climbs, double-unders. Weights will be similar to what you see in the open scaled division.
FINALS: Top 5 teams in each division will advance to the finals. Tiebreaks go to teams with the highest finish(s) in all completed workouts. This applies to qualify for finals AND overall finishes.
* Competition shirts for those who register before Monday November 22nd.
* NO REFUNDS FOR THIS COMPETITION but you may change athletes or teams until the first WOD starts / divisional changes must be completed 1 week prior to the event!

Workouts
Athletes take turns completing rounds. Athletes must complete the round before the next athlete can begin.

12:00 AMRAP:
100 PULL-UPS
75 SNATCHES
50 LATERAL BAR JUMPING BURPEES
25 FRONT SQUATS
Then back up - BURPEES-SNATCHES-PULL UPS...
Snatch weight will increase 35 reps then 25 reps then 15... Intermediate weights will be 95/65 then 115/85 then 135/95... novice weights will be 75/55 then 95/65 then 115/85.
Front squats will be done with the heaviest snatch bar.
One athlete working at a time while the other 2 rest. Athletes can switch as many times as they want and whenever they want.
CLEAN COMPLEX LADDER: 1 CLEAN + 1 HANG CLEAN + 1 S2OH.
:45 TO COMPLETE THE LIFT AND :15 SECONDS TO TRANSITION TO NEXT BAR.
The complex MUST be completed within the :45 second time frame.
SAFETY: The shoulder to overhead can not be caught if you fail, and tried again. If you fail the overhead, you must drop the bar and start the complex again or go into the tie break.
TIE BREAK: Each of the two cleans count as 25 reps (total of 50) for the tie break. Tie break is reps of deadlifts at the failed weight.
If you run the ladder and you want to... you will be given an extra bar to attempt any heavier weight you would like to try! The bar will already be loaded with a slightly heavier weight but you can add whatever you would like to try, and this will also be the weight used for your tiebreak if you ran the ladder.
Team works through 20 WBS - 20 SINGLE DB BOX STEP OVERS - 75 D.U.s - 30 WBS - 30 BOX -75 D.U. -- 40-40-75...
One person working one resting and one on the rower for a separate score of calories in the 13:00.
Athletes can switch any time and as many times as they want.
13:00 of rowing for calories. Athletes can switch when needed and as many times as they want.
7:00 FOR EACH ATHLETE TO COMPLETE A 300M SLED DRAG.
Teams earn :05 second deduction from the sled drag time by completing as many 150m sandbag runs in 7:00.
Athletes can complete runs in any order they want.
Sandbag can be carried in any way they want.
