About This Competition
****TEAM REGISTRATION BEGINS AT 7:00 AM AND ENDS AT 8:00AM****
ALL TEAMS MUST BE CHECKED IN You will check-in at the front desk with one of our staff members to collect your Bag and event t-shirt
***MANDATORY ATHLETE MEETING AT 8:15 AM ***
We will then review all workouts, standards, questions and any additional important announcements
***PARKING***
Please give yourselves enough time to look for parking. There is street parking, if you drive around, you’ll find some. There is a Municipal Lot on 66th and Park Avenue and another small Municipal lot on 67th and Dewey Avenue next to the car wash We strongly advise that you car pool with your team mates and/or take an Uber or Lyft (Especially if you’re local to Hudson county)
The first heat will kick off at 9:00AM Sharp, and the event is scheduled to finish by 4 PM.
Make sure to know your heat times, WOD’s will go off as scheduled and no teams will be waited on if you are not in the building.
As soon as our final heat is done, scores will be tallied and winners will be announced quickly.
Top 3 teams from each division will receive awards First place team from each division will receive an additional surprise award Along with $ Prizes!

Part A
4min AMRAP
echo bike cals
split as desired, but each athlete must take a turn on the bike
Part B
8 minutes to find Total Load Bella Complex
1 clean
1 shoulder-to-overhead
1 front squat
1 shoulder-to-overhead
Naughty must squat clean.
Nice can choose power or squat clean.
10 minute time cap
200 double unders
80 overhead lunges with plate
30 sync burpees to plate
80 overhead squats with plate
200 double unders
Athlete A must finish their 100 double unders before Athlete B may start their 100 double unders.
"Nice" aka Scaled will do 200 singles each for a total of 400 singles.
Athlete A & B will alternate every 20 reps for the overhead lunges and the overhead squats.
3min AMRAP
Max ski + max rower calories (athletes work at the same time)
Athlete A must choose ONE machine to do 3 minutes of max calories.
While Athlete B works on other machine during the same 3 minutes for max calories.
Each athlete must commit to their machine for the entire 3 minutes.
