About This Competition

Outtrain and JJK host the Winter Games.


Think the best of JJK and Outrain combined. Functional fitness competition to end the year with a bang hosted by JJK and Outtrain at JJK Fitness.


Podium prizes, Sponsors MyZone, Hyrox.



Mixed teams of 4 ( 2F and 2M)


Don't worry if you dont have a team of 4 you can enter as a pair and we will team you up. Please choose pair option when signing up. You can choose same sex pair or mixed. (If signing up as apir please use code PAIRS at checkout to reduce price to £100)

Workout Heats 9am -2.30pm.

EVERYDAY LEAGUE 


Movement standards / what to expect:


Dumbbell(s) – 17.5/10kg


Kettlebell(s) – 20/12kg


Wall Balls – 9/6kg (9/8ft)


Barbell Movements – 40/30kg



Expect weights to be heavier for certain workouts e.g. finals & strength blocks



PRO LEAGUE 


Movement standards / what to expect:


Dumbbell(s)- 22.5/15kg


Kettlebell(s) – 24/16kg


Wall Balls – 9/6kg (10/9ft)

Score reps + combined ROW time, Scored on 2 parts


Pair A:

1200m ROW + 2400m BIKE (No changeovers)

Pair B:

Med ball carry + KB farmers carry

(20/15kg)      (2x20/2x12kg)

Any remaining time = Max reps will be annouced on the day

Must complete:

1x synchro round of 12 reps + 2x synchro rounds of 10 reps + 3x synchro rounds of 8reps


*3 people on synchro*


12x KB synchro american swings + 12x KB synchro goblet reverse lunges + 12x synchro CTF burpees

*Cannot change until 1 full round completed*


After all rounds completed all athletes join for max cals on assault bike
