## **5th Annual Island Time Throw Down: Unleash Your Inner Athlete**
Mark your calendars for one of the most exciting fitness events of the year — the **5th Annual Island Time Throw Down**! This high-energy competition brings together athletes from all backgrounds to test their strength, stamina, and teamwork in a fun and fierce environment.
This year, we’re mixing things up with all **Coed Divisions** and introducing an exciting **Adult/Youth Duo Division** — a perfect way to get the next generation of athletes in on the action! Whether you're a CrossFit veteran or just love a good challenge, this is your chance to throw down island style.

- **Intermediate Division:**
DBs (50/35), Squats/Cleans (115/75), Kipping HSPU, Pull-Ups, Double Unders, Cardio and/or cardio machines Bodyweight movements
- **Scaled Division:**
DBs (35/20), Squats/Cleans (95/65), Hand Release Push-Ups, Ring Rows, Single Unders, Cardio and/or cardio machines Bodyweight movements
**Adult/Youth Duo
DBs (A35/20)(Y8-10, 15/10)(Y11-14, 20/15) Squats/Cleans (A115/75) (Y8-10, 35/25) (Y11-14 45/35), Bent Over Rows (Adult Only 115/75), Ring Rows (Youth Only), Single Unders (Adults and Youth 11-14),Jumping Jacks (Youth 8-10),Cardio and/or cardio machines Bodyweight movements
The Adult/Youth Duo Division is a brand-new addition to the Island Time Throw Down designed to promote fun, fitness, and family! This division pairs one adult with one youth athlete in a unique and inclusive competition experience that focuses on teamwork, encouragement, and functional movement appropriate for all ages.
Divisions:
10 & Under Division:
For youth ages 8–10 years old
Focus on basic movements, light weights, and fun, age-appropriate challenges
11-14 Division:
For youth ages 11–14 years old
Includes scaled or modified workouts to challenge both partners while ensuring safety and success
