Old Towne Throwdown
About This Competition
Partner up to compete in our Old Towne Throwdown event! M/M and F/F teams will compete in RX, Masters RX (80+ combined years) and Scaled divisions. There will be cash prizes for all 3 divisions.
When: November 13th, 2021, heats will begin at 9am.
Where: Old Towne Fitness, 9045 Highway 178, Olive Branch, MS 38654
Cost: $200 per team, only one registration required per team.

Cancellation: Due to the nature of these events and the uncertainty of Covid-19, there will be no refunds for this event unless it is cancelled by the host, Old Towne Fitness LLC.
If you and/or your teammate can not participate, you can find a replacement.

Clean can be any variation (squat or power)
Squat clean doesn't count towards front squat

*Scaled may step up. Both feet must touch the top of the box

*Scaled can perform 30 kipping pull-ups or 30 jumping pull-ups, but are not allowed to do butterfly pull-ups

Partner 1 will complete 21 Calories, 21 T2B before partner 2 can begin.
