Divisions: Male individual & Female individual

Registration fee: $15

Registration closes: 11/2/19 - 9:00pm AEST

Workouts programmed by Raw Strength and Conditioning 

2 Scoring releases per week!

Athletes have 5 days to complete and submit score

 

WEEK 1 - Workout 1 and 2

Release: 7/2/19 - 10:00am

Submit by: 11/2/19 - 9:00pm

 

WEEK 2 - Workout 3

(part a and b, running clock....2 scores)

Release: 14/2/19 - 10:00am

Submit by: 18/2/19 - 9:00pm
