About This Competition

CrossFit Caen Organise les Battle of Normandy Throwdown 2023, ouverte à toute la France, c’est une compétition en équipe de 3 (H/H/H - F/F/F - H/H/F) et en individuel (Hommes et Femmes), le week-end du 14,15 et 16 Juillet 2023.

Le qualifier se déroulera du 08/01 au 29/01

Un wod Partner A Un wod Partner B Un wod Partner C 

Une vidéo par athlète, il faudra faire le bon choix ! 

Simple efficace…

Individuel :
Un seul wod de qualif ! 
3 semaines pour le réaliser 

Vous pouvez vous s’inscrire en individuel et en team.

Une seul catègories lors du qualifier RX/INT 

A l'issue du qualifier les équipes seront basculé en finale soit en RX soit en INTER selon le classement gènèral. 

On vous réserve un weekend de pur Crossfit que vous n'êtes pas prêts d'oublier ! 

9 évents pour tous / demi-finale / finale 

dans une superbe infrastructure un magnifique stade d'athlétisme couvert. 

COVID-19 : Dans le cas d'un eventuel confinement à la période de la compétition, nous nous engageons à proposer une date ultérieure dans les 12 mois qui suivent (soit jusqu'au 16 juillet 2024). Néanmoins, si nous serions dans l'impossibilité de proposer une nouvelle date, nous nous engageons à envoyer votre T-Shirt et à rembourser votre inscription (sans les frais du T-Shirt)
