About This Competition
Fourtress is New Zealand's biggest and most exciting CrossFit competition, and it's now expanding to Sydney, Australia! This high-energy event brings together teams of four (same gender) to compete in a series of intense workouts that test strength, endurance, and teamwork. Fourtress is all about celebrating fitness and the thrill of competition. Get ready for Discipline Games Events to bring the Vibe!!
