Workouts

Complete 150 Wallballs for time 

(One person works at a time on the wallballs, while the partner holds a static movement)

RX: 20# WB/ 14# WB, 10ft./ 9ft.

RX: Chin hold

Scale and Masters/ Teens: 14# WB/ 10# WB, 10ft./ 9ft.

Scale: Hanging tuck hold (knees need to stay at or above parallel)

6 min AMRAP:

100 dubs/ singles

60 ft. HS walks/ 3 wall walks

Female goes first a full round, then male can go a full round

Keep going through rounds until the 6 min is up

For time:

20 burpee sandbag get overs (10 feamle, 10 male whatever order you choose)

4 seated sled pulls each (15 ft. each)

RX: Sandbag 100#/ 70#

RX: Sled + 3 plates/ sled + 2 plates

Scale/Masters/Teens: Sandbag 70#/50#

Scale/ Masters/ Teens: Sled + 2 plates/ sled + 1 plate

 

80 - CALS BIKE - Every 20 CALS Rotate

60 - Syncro KBS

40 - Syncro Box Jumps

20 - Strict HSPU while parnter is in a Handstand. First athlete needs to complete all 10 reps then switch.

  ***Scaled - 20 Push Press while partner holds the barbell in a front rack. First athlete needs to complete all 10 reps then switch.

 

12:00 time cap if you do not finish the workout you will not move on to Part B

3:00 Minute CAP

 

Cleans for Time - You can spilt the reps however you would like but can't work at the same time.
