In House Competition - June 28
2 Person - Same Sex MM or FF
3 Divisions - Rx/Intermediate/scaled
3 Workouts (one with 2 scores)
Cost - $70 per team
All funds go to sponsor the Crestview Barbell Club members to attend Weightlifting Comp in orlando on Aug 1.
Everyone is encouraged to sign up! Find a teammate and give it your all, have fun! The divisions will be doable for everyone! If you normally do level 2 at the gym, do intermediate, if you scale normally do scaled! RX is for the firebreathers at the gym.
Weather permitting, we will get a water slide for the kids out back!
Because we are keeping the cost low, we will not be doing shirts, but if we can find enough local sponsors, we will do prizes for the winners!
