Finals TeamUpLegends 2022
About This Competition
The Finals of TeamUpLegends wll be an onsite real live competition in Amsterdam.
The finalists wll compete as a couple and will be tested for different aspects like weightlifting, conditioning and gymnastcs.
It will also be a happening for spectators, because it's awesome to watch these Athletes compete.
Free entrance for all spectators!

Workouts
Both buddies will complete the following Complex
! Clean ( any style, but no Hang Clean)
2 Front Squats
The buddies can make as many attempts they want within the 7 minutes.
The sum of the heaviest lifts of both buddies will determine their score.
Mixed Teams will have two barbells.
Same sex teams will have one barbell.
Complete 1000 m on the ski erg with your buddy.
Both buddies need to ski at least 400 m, which means one buddy is allowed to ski 600 m maximum.
Buddies can switch only one time.
Letting go of the handle will give you a penalty of 300 me extra work! Handle the ski erg with care.
For Time
20 synchronized knee raises
50 cal row
20 burpee knee raises
40 cal row
20 burpee box step overs
30 cal row
20 synchronized air squats
Remaining time:
max calories on echo bike
The synchronized movements should be done together.
The other movements are done alternating, however one buddy needs to perform at least 1 repetition of each movement.
Score is the sum the repetitions made of all the movements, including the echo bike calories.

Synchronized Knee Raises:
Both buddies start in hanging position on the rig.
The knee of both buddies should be above the hips at the same time. The feet should be behind the bar and the rest of the body, but ths doesn't need to be at the same time for both buddies.
For the air squats both buddies need to be at time same time in the bottom position as well as in the top position with fully extended knees and hips.
The other movements are done alternating, however one buddy needs to perform at least 1 repetition of each movement.

AMRAP 12
20 DB Devil Presses
10 Hand Release Pushups
5 Deadlifts
Each buddy needs to finish 10 DB Devil Presses before switching to the other buddy.
The reps of theHand Release Pushups and Deadlfts can be devided however the buddies like, as long as both buddes perform at least 1 rep of the Hand Release Pushups and the deadlift in each round.
DB weight 2 x 15/10 kg
Barbell weight 100/70 kg
Mixed teams use the female weights
