About This Competition

Welcome to Just Row x BRITISH ROWING 2024!

Just Row X British Rowing will take place at MANCHESTER CENTRAL CONVENTION COMPLEX, WINDMILL ST, MANCHESTER, M2 3GX over the weekend of SATURDAY 18TH AND SUNDAY 19TH MAY 2024 as part of the FitXPO 2024 event.

Unlike traditional indoor rowing events that focus on 2000m or 500m, Just Row X British Rowing tests an athlete's full rowing range from sprint to endurance in one go, with athletes completing multiple workouts within a one hour time slot.

For each of the workouts a point score will be allocated with the winner gaining one point, 2nd two points etc. An athletes overall score for the hour will be the total of these point scores with the lowest score placing highest. In the event of a tie we will first go to total distance covered to decide final placings.

Athletes registering for Just Row X British Rowing will get free "discover" access to British Rowing's "Indoor Inside" platform at www.insideindoor.com. This is a brand new one stop platform to the home for indoor rowing, with training plans and content to help athletes prepare for the event day.

Female and Junior Categories wil compete on SATURDAY 18TH MAY

Open Categories will compete on SUNDAY 19TH MAY

Athletes will be emailed by 9th May with the exact time of their heat and lane allocation.
