The workout will consist of multiple scores and must all be completed in 32 min. It will be designed to fit into a 60 min CrossFit class.

Scaled:

Teen & Masters 50+:

Barbell cycling: ( C&J, snatch, STOH, thrusters ) 55/45lbs

Deadlift: 135/95

Gymnastics: Jumping pull-ups, single unders, box step ups, push-ups, burpees, hanging knee raises.

Dumbbell movements: 35/25lbs

 

Open through 49:

Barbell cycling ( C&J, snatch, STOH, thrusters ) 96/65lbs

Deadlift: 185/105

Gymnastics: Chin over bar pull-ups, Single unders, box step ups, burpees, hanging knee raises, wall walks

Dumbbell movements: 35/25lbs

 

RX:

Teen & Masters 50+:

Barbell cycling ( C&J, snatch, STOH, thruster ) 95/65lbs

DL: 185/105

Gymnastics: Chin over bar pull-ups, Double unders, T2B, HSPU’s, wall walks

In remaining time go Directly into score 4:

#4: In the remaining time - for weight Establish a max of the following sequence in a :30 second window:

Lockout of the 5th rep MUST be completed before the 30 second mark.

5 x Squat clean thrusters from the floor*

*Can be singles. However, you must finish all 5 reps within the 30 second window!

All 5 reps are done at the same weight.

*Same for ALL divisions

#4: In the remaining time after score 3 and before the clock reaches 32:00 - for weight

 

Establish a max of the following sequence in a :30 second window:
