Score is total REPS completed.
1 Round = 280 reps
8 minutes to establish a 1 rep max Clean for each Athlete
Workout will begin with an unloaded empty barbell.
Must use clips.

3 Rounds for Time
15 HSPU / 7 Wall Walks
15 Syncro Front Squats (135#/95#)
*6 min cap
Two athletes work at a time.
Athletes must complete a full round.
Score is time completed. If all 3 rounds are not completed by the 6:00 time cap, 1 second will be added for each rep not completed.
RX - 30 reps per round
Scaled - 22 reps per round
6 Rounds (alternate full round)
15 Cal Echo Bike
12 Burpee over Sandbag
9 Sandbag Cleans over 60" Bar (150#/100#)
*10 min cap
Counter will be reset to zero before each round. Athlete will remain on bike until all 15 calories are completed.
BURPEE OVER SANDBAG - For the Scaled division, athletes may choose to step their feet out and back in for the burpee. RX must jump their feet out and back in.
One athlete works at a time.
Athletes must complete a full round.
Score is time completed. If all 6 rounds are not completed by the 10:00 time cap, 1 second will be added for each rep not completed.
