The Charm City Classic is back for its second year on May 3, 2025 at Outsiders CrossFit. Get ready to take on thrilling workouts that will push your limits, forge unbreakable bonds with fellow competitors, and experience an atmosphere charged with pure intensity.

RX
MEANS YOU CAN DO MOST CROSSFIT BENCHMARK WORKOUTS RX (THE GIRLS). THIS IS NOT A CROSSFIT GAMES QUALIFIER BUT RATHER A FUN LOCAL EVENT.
*POTENTIAL FOR MUSCLE UPS IN THE FINALS ONLY*
SCALED
YOU SCALE YOUR WORKOUTS USUALLY BUT MANY DO SOME WORKOUTS RX FROM TIME TO TIME. EVENTS WILL BE A SCALED VERSION OF THE RX DIVISION AND APPROACHABLE SO MOST PEOPLE WHO TRAIN REGULARLY CAN HAVE FUN IN THE WORKOUTS. AS A RULE OF THUMB, YOU SHOULD BE ABLE GET THROUGH MULTIPLE REPS OF GROUND TO OVERHEAD AT 95# MEN OR 65# WOMEN.

Athlete Check-In – 6:45am
Opening Remarks- 7:30am
1st Heat – 8:00am
Awards – 4pm
*Be prepared to set up outside for the day rain or shine.
Workouts will be released on @CharmCityComps Instagram leading up to the event.
Ticket sales are final and there will be no refunds. Transfer may happen up to 4/25/2025.
