About This Competition
We are excited to be holding our second year of in-house comps. This will be open to Members Only. Option for a member to bring a friend. No 'super teams' allowed!
We will be providing food and cold drinks for the day, Team boards, and prizes for all 3 caterogies in 1st, 2nd & 3rd place.

- Jumping pull ups or partner-assisted

Movement Standards in MALE SCALED:

MAX SANDBAG CLEANS, WEIGHT INCREASES EVERY MINUTE.
1 PERSON WORKS, 1 PERSON RESTS.
PARTNER CAN ASSIST IF NEEDED TO GET THE WEIGHT ON ONES SHOULDER!
MUST SHOW CONTROL AT THE TOP PUTTING ONE ARM OUT AND JUDGE GIVES THE HEADS UP TO DROP.
MUST COMPLETE THE LIFT BEFORE THE TIME ENDS.
