About This Competition
Back for 2024! Crossfit Reading will be hosting POG - Triple Threat.
A same sex 3's box comp series with Scaled and Rx categories.
This same sex 3's, one day comp will feature 3 guaranteed workouts and a final for the top 5 teams in each division. With prizes going to the top 3 teams at the end of the day.
Healthy food and drink will be available to purchase on site during the day.
The Rx category is perfect for those who complete the Open Rx or compete at an Rx level Regularly, as well as those who want to try their first RX Comp.

Cycling Weights - 70/50kg

DB's 22.5/15kg
Gymnastics - T2B/Chest 2 Bar/HSPU - 1 athlete should have Muscle Ups
The Scaled category aims to be accessible to those who want to experience their first comp whilst also still providing challenging workouts.
