Sign up for single day participation for Half Rock. This link is only good for one single event day.
The Half-Rock Summer Series will be a Hyrox style workout completed on the last Saturday of the month throughout the summer. There is Rx, Scaled and Team versions of the Half Rock and can be completed at your skill level.
