UA COMBINE 2022 Malaysia
About This Competition
Under Armour COMBINE is a first of its kind 1-day training competition for focused performers from any sport or training discipline, to benchmark their performance against other athletes in their country and compete head-to-head to prove that Under Armour makes you better.

Points will be earned for each completed test and athletes will be ranked according to their final result.

Workouts
Designed originally for soccer players, the Arrowhead reveals weaknesses in an athlete’s flexibility, balance, spatial awareness, body control, and the ability to change direction over a range of angles and directions.
Once the athlete is in position and still, count down by saying “Three, two, one, GO!” The timer automatically starts when the timing system is triggered by the athlete’s movement and finishes when the athlete’s chest crosses the finish line triggering the timing system.
Test your reaction time, hand-eye coordination, and peripheral vision in this advanced cognitive test.
Run 20m in the time allowed. Every round you must run faster. Every round the time allowed gets shorter.
Brutality, velocity, and control come together in this test of absolute power. Using the Torque Tank M1 and at a resistance level of 2 for Women & 3 for Men, the sled is pushed over a 20-metre course at maximum speed.
“The 40” is a test of pure speed.
You’ll need explosive power off the line and solid acceleration throughout the 36.5-meter sprint.
One strict pull-up every four seconds until failure.
The bench press is a symbol of upper-body strength. This is a specific repetition maximum (RM) test to prove what an athlete can push for 3 reps.
A big vert is valuable in almost every sport. Our Vertical test is conducted using a Vertec device, requiring the participant to displace the vanes at the apex of their jump.
