About This Competition

Who: Same Sex Intermediate and Beginner Teams of 3 (MMM or FFF)


What to Expect: All teams will compete in 3 WODs plus a floater WOD. For the final, only the top 5 teams of each division will compete. Scoring for the podium will be based on scoring across the entire day. WODs will be “Mashups” of CrossFit Open WODs.

Where: Okie CrossFit

When: November 21st

Costs: $225 per team

Refund Policy: We will not offer refunds for anything less than a state mandated shutdown. Substitutions are allowed up to the start of the event. In the chance you cannot find someone to fill in for you or your partner, contact us and we may be able to help you fill that spot.

Sign Up Period:
Early Registration (your team gets competition t-shirts) - Cut off is midnight November 1st

Regular Sign up (no t-shirt) - November 2 - 19th (or until sold out)

Other Details:
We will send an athlete email the week of the competition with more details on the venue, parking, what's allowed inside and precautions being taken. 

Merchandise
Athlete shirts may be picked up on the day of the event. If you would like to order one of our shirts because they're just too sweet to pass on, you can pre-order for pick-up on competition day as well!

**Athletes can tag in and out as often as they want but athletes must complete at least 1 repetition prior to tagging back out. 
**Reps begin with the weight on the floor and end with the weight locked out overhead while standing at full extension.

**Athletes will receive a :01 penalty for each rep not completed prior to the time cap.
**Athletes may tag in/out as they wish.
**Empty barbells must be returned to the ground gently or the last rep will not count.

**Teams must choose between pull-ups or ring rows prior to the start of their heat. Each teammate does not have to chose the same option. 
**In the event of a tie, the team with the most athletes doing pull-ups would place ahead of a pull-up/ring row combination team or a team of all ring row athletes. 
**Ring Row Standards: The bottom of the rings will be 40" from the floor and feet will remain even with the rig.
 
BEGINNER

**Barbells must be lowered and placed on the ground (not dropped, even from a lower height) or the last rep will not count.
