About This Competition

Come join us on July 15th for an amazing fitness competition for both Individuals and Teams of 4. This event will feature some unique workouts to test your skills and challenge your fitness. The Farm features a swimming pond, acres to run full size soccer field and a CrossFit facility. Plenty of parking space and area to camp out. 

Standards of movements you might see will be listed below.

Scaled Division Female 

Swim (vest or other option)

Ride mountain bike 

Run 

Object carry weight 30-40lbs

Snatch 55 lbs,Cleans 65lbs (cycle weight)

Knee raises 

Jumping pull ups or ring rows 


Scaled Division Male:

Swim (vest or other option)

Ride mountain bike

Object carry weight 50-60 lbs

Snatch 75 lbs cleans 95 lbs (Cycle weight)

Knee raises

Jumping pull ups or ring rows


Intermediate Female:

Swim

Ride mountain bike

Snatch 65lbs, Cleans 85lbs (cycle weight)

T2B/leg raises

Teams will consist 2 Males and 2 Females and division standards will be based on the divisions above.

21 DB snatches + 21 lateral burpees

15 Thrusters (bar)+ 15 lateral burpees

9 DB snatches + 9 lateral burpees

6 Thrusters (bar)+ 6 lateral burpees

Cash out: 30 Rx C2B / Intermediate Pull-ups / Scaled Ring rows

Team WOD 1

Partner A + B row max calories (M/F partners split as needed) while Partners C + D (run 1250 meters off course terrain)

Upon partners C+D's, completion of the run then they will row max calories while A& B run.

Rx will run with an object (M.20/F 15 approximately)

Two scores: Max Calories and time to complete run.  

Time Cap: 17 minutes 

Team WOD 1

Partner A + B row max calories (M/F partners split as needed) while Partners C + D (run 1250 meters off course terrain)
