About This Competition
INTERMEDIATE & BEGINNER COMPETITION!
When: Saturday, June 10th, 2023
Where: Cloud Peak CrossFit - Sheridan, Wyoming
Cost: $150/team
Teams of Two: Male/Male | Female/Female
4 Divisions:
Beginner Males, Beginner Females
Intermediate Males, Intermediate Females
Beginner Division: Athletes unable to perform unassisted pull-ups or Rx all of the following workouts Fran, Grace and Karen.
Intermediate Division: Athletes capable of performing Fran, Grace and Karen Rx’d with a combined time of all three workouts greater than 14 minutes.
Don’t be an asshole and show up if you’re faster!
There will be 3 workouts. We will announce all but one of the workouts prior to event.

14 min AMRAP
10 Calorie skierg
10 DB Snatch (50/35/35/25)
10 Pullups
10 Calorie bike
10 Front Squats (95/65/65/40)
*partners must switch after ever movement
*must tag partners hand
*both heads of the dumbbell must touch the ground
*jumping pullups for beginners
*you can squat clean your first front squat rep
*judges will reset skiergs and bikes
PART A:
FOR TIME-
-1200m row (intermediate men)
-1000m row (beginner men/intermediate women)
-800m row (beginner women)
*each partner must complete a half of the row
PART B:
Immediately following, athletes will have 6 minutes to
Establish 1 rep max clean
-Each partner must finish their lift in the 6 min
*Squat or power is acceptable
*Each Part will be scored individually
*15 min time cap total for whole workout
