About This Competition
Year 4 of TriForce's in-house competition held at the 210 location.
4 WODs (to be released over the next month)
4 divisions for men and women: White-Yellow, Orange, Blue-Purple, Brown+ (Level Method)
Perfect for anyone at the gym, whether this is your 1st or 101st competition.
