4min AMRAP

Bench Press 135/80

-Rest 3 mins-

300m Farmers Carry (150m each) 100/70 (weight is added, each hand)

*switch every 30m

This wod is 2 scores.

You get one bench and bar, switch however you want in the 4mins.

The farmers carry will be done with the handles. You will swich every 30m, 15m out and 15m back a total of 5x to get 150m each. The back of the handles must cross the line also. You must drop the weight to turn around.

2 Rounds

50 Cal Ski/50 Cal Row

25 Thrusters 105/70

*one person does a round skiing, other does the row. Round 2 you switch.

Row and ski at the same time. You can't thruster until both are done on the machines. One bar on this wod and break up the thrusters how you want but you both do 25. Be sure to reset you machine.

2 Rounds

50 Cal Ski/50 Cal Row

30 wall balls (alternating) 20/14 each

30 box jumps 24/20

15 shuttle runs (20m. 10 out, 10 back)

Wall balls you will alternate every rep for 30 reps each. Box jumps will be synchro at the top AND bottom. Shuttle runs you will hold a resistance band, hands don’t have to touch the line on the turn around and both partners must cross the line.

2 rounds for time Synchro

30 wall balls (alternating) 14/10 each

30 box jumps 24/20 (step optional)

15 shuttle runs (20m. 10 out, 10 back)

Wall balls you will alternate every rep for 30 reps each. Box jumps will be synchro at the top AND bottom. Shuttle runs you will hold a resistance band, hands don’t have to touch the line on the turn around and both team members must cross the line. 

•Chipper (one person completes the Metcon before the next goes)

25 Deadlifts 225/155

25 Lateral Burpees

*25m out, 25m Back. Sled crosses line, remove poles each time. Deadlifts and burpees must be done on a black mat. No dragging mats out to be closer to your sled.

•Chipper (one person completes the Metcon before the next goes)

100m Sled Push 60/35

25 Deadlifts 165/105

25 Lateral Burpees
