About This Competition
CaveFit Games - Home Coming
We are thrilled to announce the return of the CaveFit Games to our home base at The Edinburgh Grand, 42 St Andrews Square, Edinburgh. After months of preparation, we're bringing you a competition that promises to be as challenging as it is exhilarating, designed to push every competitor to new limits.
This year, competitors will battle it out in Female, Mixed, and Male Pair categories, following our proven and dynamic format:
- Workout 1: 15 Minutes
- Rest: 15 Minutes
- Workout 2: 15 Minutes
- Rest: 15 Minutes
- Workout 3: 15 Minutes
The Top 5 Teams from each category will advance to the Finals, where the stakes are higher and the intensity is unmatched.
Winners in each category will take home a £100 cash prize, along with additional exclusive goodies.

10 x Synchro Burpee To Plate
(On the last 10 x Synchro Butterfly Sit Up, you will go straight into the 10 x Burpee To Plate)
Back Squat + Shoulder to Overhead
You have 15 Minutes to achieve a 5 Rep MAX in Back Squat and 3 Rep MAX in Shoulder to Overhead. Use the time to your liking but you must complete your back squat first.
Score = Combined weight for both athletes in both lifts.

At the end of each round, the team with the shortest total distance will be eliminated. This process will continue until only one team remains, which will be crowned the champion.
