About This Competition

Same sex team CrossFit competition

Registration has to be completed by July 2nd in order to secure a shirt/tank.

Terms and Conditions: No refunds. All participant are subject to in-house rules of Bionic CrossFit and rules stated during Athlete briefing. Any violations of these rules, you can be subject to disqualification by discretion of the the owner and/or his designee.

Workout # 1

10 min AMRAP:
6-8-10-12-14-16-18-20…
Wall Ball (Rx 20/14)
DB snatch (Rx 50/35)
1 person starts on WB, 1 person starts on DB snatch. Complete required rep scheme then switch.

Workout # 2

12 min total time:
00:00-02:00
2 min AMRAP:
Toes to bar-alternating every 10
02:00-12:00
Ascending ladder of OHS with weight increasing every 2 mins.
95/65, 115/75, 135/95, 165/115, 195/135
Score: Total weight moved
Repetitions can be split as needed, however each athlete must do 1 rep at each weight to continue on to next bar. Weight is taken from the ground.

For time (10 min time cap)
100 Deadlift (135/95)
50 Shoulder to overhead (135/95)
100 Box jump over (24/20)
50 cal row
100’s: alternating every 10
50’s alternating every 5 (except calorie row)
