About This Competition

Our 5th Year of the Rural Rumble has arrived.
Our Flagship Individual CrossFit Competition is BACK again for another amazing Year.
With More amazing events, facilities, and Community we have never been more excited to bring you this competition.

The Rural Rumble is a one-day On site CrossFit event consisting of 4-6 Workouts.

  • When: Sat 27th August 2022
  • Where: CrossFit Gunnedah


  • There will be 3 divisions
  • Beginner
  • Intermediate
  • Advanced

Workouts will be released between now and the week before the competition

WHAT else to expect: An amazing Fun day of celebration of the community and fitness.
