At 3, 2, 1… GO! you and your partner will have 75 seconds to complete 6 Handstand Push-ups (RX)/3 Wall walks (Scaled) and use the remaining time to accumulate calories on the Ski Erg. If you don’t hit the required calories, your team cannot advance to the next station. This event is set up ladder style and athletes will progress down the main competition floor.
There will be a 15-second transition between rounds, and your score will be total calories accumulated.

At 3, 2, 1… GO! both partners will complete a 600-meter sandbag run together using one sandbag per team (weights vary by division). This run acts as a buy-in and must be completed before any reps in the AMRAP can begin.
Once the team returns from the run, they will use the remaining time to complete as many reps as possible of the following chipper-style workout: 25 kettlebell goblet squats, 25 kettlebell snatches, 25 kettlebell lunges, and 25 single-arm kettlebell thrusters. Only one partner may work at a time, and athletes may divide the work however they’d like. Teams will continue cycling through the movements until time is called. The non-working partner must hold the sandbag while their partner is working.
Score = Reps achieved in the AMRAP
Tie Break = Time it takes to complete the 600M SB Run
