About This Competition
Join us as we harness the power of the CrossFit community to show Covid 19 that you can keep us inside and isolated, but you can't keep us from our fitness.
A battle of the boxes, where each athlete registers to their affiliates team (i.e. CrossFit Box X), and the top 30 athlete's scores will go to towards the overall score.
All four WODs will be bodyweight, with no equipment needed and must be completed and score submitted before the next one is released.
First WOD will be released June 13th at 9am and then every hour after (9am, 10am, 11am, 12pm).
No videos will be submitted as this is a fun competition to show that we are all in this together, so everyone will be on the honour system.
Please complete the WODs while respecting social distancing and have fun!

Workouts
10 min AMRAP of:
5 burpees
10 hand release push ups
15 air squats
A one minute time trial. Mark off a 1600m course and run it as fast as you can. Record and submit your time.
Complete a 400m bear crawl. Every time you stop (other than when you finish) complete 10 tuck jumps as a penalty.
