About This Competition
This is our 4th year to host our In-House Competition - The Ugly Christmas Sweat.
Wear your ugliest Christmas Sweater or T, and get ready to Jingle "Bar"bells through 4 events.
This competition will be anything but a Silent Night.
Open to any member at CrossFit 15:10.
So grab your partner and let's have ourselves a Merry Ugly Christmas Sweat.

Athlete 1: 20/16 Cal Row
A1/2: 15 Synchro Burpees Over DB
Athlete 2: 20/16 Cal Row
A1/2: 15 Synchro Single Arm Angel Presses
Athlete 1: 20/16 Cal Row
A1/2: 15 Synchro Single Arm Angel Presses
Athlete 2: 20/16 Cal Row
A1/2: 15 Synchro Burpees Over DB
At 3, 2, 1 go Athlete 1 will begin their 20/16 Calorie Row.
Once the monitor reads 20/16 Cals, A1 and A2 will complete 15 Synchro Burpees Over their own DB.
Once completed A2 will begin their 20/16 Calorie Row
Once the monitor reads 20/16 Cals, A1 and A2 will complete 15 Synchro Single Arm Angel Presses
Once completed A1 will head back to the row erg for another 20/16 Cals.
Once the monitor reads 20/16 Cals, A1 and A2 will complete one final set of 15 Synchro Single Arm Angel Presses
Once completed A2 will begin their final 20/16 Calorie Row. Once this row is finished that is your tie break time.
Once the monitor reads 20/16 Cals, A1 and A2 will again complete 15 Synchro Burpees Over their own DB.

**Accumulate 100 total points**
At 3, 2, 1, go Athlete 1 will move to the bike and perofrm either 10/8 Calories. Once the calories on the bike are completed, the athlete will move to the rig to begin their max set of unbroken Toes 2 Bar, or Knees 2 Chest.
Once A1 comes off the rig, A2 will move to the bike to begin their set of 10/8 Calories. Once the calories on the bike are completed, the athlete will move to the rig to begin their max set of unbroken Toes 2 Bar, or Knees 2 Chest.
Each athletes set ends when they drop from the rig.
The ahtletes will continue in this format until they accumualate 100 points.
Each Knee to Chest will be worth 1 point.
Each Toe to Bar will be worth 2 points.
The score is the time it takes to accumulate 100 points, or the total points accumulated in the 8:00 cap.
Credit will be given on Knees to chest given the athlete begins the rep from a dead hang. The athletes feet must pass behind the rig, and their knees must rise above the hips for 1 point to be credited.
Credit will be given on Toe to Bar given the athlete begins from a dead hang. The athletes feet must pass behind the rig, and both feet must make contact at the same time for 2 points to be credited.

Max Tandem Wallballs (20/14#)
At 3, 2, 1, go both athletes will begin working at the same time.
One Athlete will begin working on back squats, while the other athlete begins working on deadlifts.
Once both athletes finish their 10 reps, they will switch movements and complete 10 reps of either back squats or deadlifts. Athletes may not switch movements until all 10 reps are completed.
As soon as both athletes finish 1 set of deadlifts, and 1 set of back squats each they have completed 1 round.
They will continue working in this format until both athletes have completed 5 rounds each.
Back squats will be from the racks.
Once 5 Rounds each have been completed they will move to tandem wallballs.
The wallball will start on the ground. A1 will start with a squat, and pass the wallball off the target to their partner. A2 will go directly into a squat upon receiving the wallball and pass it back to A1 off the target.
Partners will continue with tandem wallballs until the time cap.
If the wallball hits the ground, the ball must come to a complete stop before picking it back up and starting again.
This event will be 2 scores - the time 5 rounds each are finished, and the total wallballs.
Weights for the Community Division:
Back Squat: 115/85#
Deadlift: 135/95#
Wallball: 14/10#
Move As Many Sandbags As You Can, 25' then, Max SB Squats
Each athlete will have 2:00 to move as many SandBags 25'.
Once you decide you can no longer move any more sandbags, you will go into max SB squats with the last SB you moved.
At 3, 2, 1 Athlete 1 will begin moving the first sandbag a distance of 25 feet and continue moving in order of lightest to heaviest.
They will return back to the start to pick up the next SB and move it 25'.
A1 will continue this format until they have moved all the SB or moved as many as they can within their 2:00 cap.
If A1 reaches the final SB and moves it a distance of 25' they will go immediately into Max SB Squats with the final SB.
If A1 cannot pick up the next weighted SB they may return to the last SB they moved and complete as many SB Squats as possible until their 2:00 cap.
Once A1 hits their 2:00 cap, A2 will begin their segment in the same format.
Your score is the total number of SB Squats completed by both athletes.
The weight of the SB as well as how many SB moved will factor in if 2 teams finish with the same number of SB Squats.
In the event of a tie (same weight SB/equal SB Squats) the tie breaker from E1 will be factored in.
