About This Competition
Grab your friend or grab your lover and get ready to throwdown!
Teams of Two - Mixed Pairs (M/F)
This will be a FUN competition for beginner-intermediate athletes only. If there are two advanced athletes on a team, we reserve the right to deny registration.
There will be three scored workouts, with a final workout for the top teams.
Movement Requirements:
Hang Squat Clean (75/55#)
Deadlift (185/125#)
SandBag to Shoulder (100/50#)
Burpees
Running
Rowing
Wall Walks
Jump Rope
Hanging Knees to Chest (heels must come above hips)
