Forge Fitness presents The UK Teen Throwdown


PARENTS: IF PURCHASING A TICKET FOR YOUR CHILD, YOU MUST HAVE AN EMAIL ADDRESS IN THE GENDER OF THE CHILD YOU ARE PURCHASING FOR IN ORDER TO SEE TICKET AVAILABILITY.


Perfect for all abilities, our teen competitions have a fantastic reputation for creating challenging workouts which show off athletes who have mastered more complex moves whilst including newer athletes and allowing alternatives moves without "scaling".


Please purchase your ticket for the age the child will be on the day of the competition.

The aim of this competition is to get the younger generation competing in a friendly but professional environment.


All movements will be inclusive, with scalable options for gymnastics.

Weights will be volume by load, so the teen can select a weight appropriate to their skill level.


Emphasis is on fun and a safe, competitive environment.
