About This Competition
THE BATTLE CANCER CHALLENGE MANCHESTER
Your team will face an endurance test of 20,000 reps in just 90 minutes.
Take on 10 fitness stations to accumulate as many reps, kgs, and meters towards your goal of 20,000.
Fundraise for Macmillan or your chosen cancer charity where every £ raised is an additional rep towards your target.
Your team will be scored in each workout with comparable leaderboard results for Male, Female and Mixed divisions across all Battle Cancer events in 2024. Who will be the fittest fundraisers 2024? Let's go!
THE FITNESS STATIONS
Take on 10 fitness stations including cardio machines, bodyweight movements and weightlifting to reach your goal of 20,000 reps. Exact equipment, weights and movements to be released!
THE FUNDRAISING AMRAP
As Much Raised as Possible. Supercharge your score by fundraising for your cancer charity in the lead-up to the event where every £1 raised = 1 rep. The more you raise the closer you get to completing the challenge! When you register, we will send you a Fundraising Pack with instructions, tips and tricks to raise your pledge of a minimum of £200 fundraised per team.

For every £ raised, teams will score 1 rep that will be added to their scores.
This is applicable to all teams in each division.

Station 1: Assault Bike (two machines, two athletes working)
Station 2: Synchro Deadlifts (two athletes working, 2 x 60kg Barbell, 2 x 40kg Barbell)
Station 3: Assault Rower (two machines, two athletes working)
Station 4: Synchro Burpees Over Line (two athletes working)
Station 5: Run (one machine, one athlete working)
Round 2
Station 1: Assault Bike (two machines, two athletes working)
Station 2: Synchro Dumbbell Snatch (two athletes working, 2 x 20kg Dumbbells, 2 x 12.5 Dumbbells)
Station 3: Assault Rower (two machines, two athletes working)
Station 4: Synchro Sandbag Over Shoulder (two athletes working, 2 x 30kg Sandbags, 2 x 20kg Sandbags)
Station 5: Run (one machine, one athlete working at a time)

Station 5: Run (one machine, one athlete working, working athlete must wear a weighted vest 10kg, 7kg)

Station 1: Assault Bike (two machines, two athletes working)
Station 2: Synchro Dumbbell Snatch (two athletes working, 2 x 20kg Dumbbells, 2 x 12.5kg Dumbbells, resting athletes must each hold a dumbbell above waist height)
Station 3: Assault Rower (two machines, two athletes working)
Station 4: Synchro Sandbag Over Shoulder (two athletes working, 2 x 30kg Sandbags, 2 x 20kg Sandbags, resting athletes must each hold a sandbag at chest height in a bear hug)
Station 5: Run (one machine, one athlete working, working athlete must wear a weighted vest 10kg, 7kg working at a time)
