About This Competition
- CrossFit Belleville is excited to turn up the heat again this summer and welcome back it’s 7th Summer Throwdown! With such a successful turnout in previous years, incredible display of athleticism, a load of fun, we're bringing this Co Ed partner competition back!
Including both Scaled and Rx divisions! 4 Events, $130+HST per team, Awesome Prizes and Vendor Village!

Where: CrossFit Belleville, 40 Hanna Court, Belleville, ON K8P 5J2
When: Saturday, August 13th, 2022 from 9AM to 3PM (8AM Registration and briefing)
Cost: $130+HST per team
Format: Pairs (teams of two, Co-ed, 1 male and 1 female)
Divisions: Rx and Scaled
Number of Events: 4
Regular Registration: $130+HST per team June 17th – July 15th
Last Minute Registration: $150+HST per team July 15 - August 5, 2022

11 Minute AMRAP with a Running Clock

9 Hang Power Cleans 115/75, 85/55

Max Calorie Bike for remainder of 2 minutes

Athletes will have 1 minute per lift and will advance with a completed lift.
Rx will begin at 135/95
Scaled will begin at 95/65
*NOTE: Partners lift on the same minute but not at the same time.

2 rope climbs (1 each)
6 synchro deadlifts 275/205
9 synchro alternating pistols
12 synchro toe to bar
16 alternating partner wallballs
(20lbs at 10ft for males, 20lbs at 9ft
for females)
(SCALED) 10 Minute AMRAP
2 rope climbs 1/2 way
6 synchro deadlifts 185/135
9 synchro alternating lunges
12 synchro knee to chest
16 alternating partner wallballs
(14lbs at 10ft for males, 14lbs at 9ft
for females)
*NOTE: Any athlete can complete the 2 rope climbs

30 synchro alternating DB snatch
Remaining time:
round 1: 1 pullup/3 hand release pushups
round 2: 2 pullups/6 hand release pushups
