About This Competition
THE COMPOUND CHALLENGE
Qualifier event dates are 30th March, 27th April and 25th May
Allocated start times on your chosen dates will be arranged direct with you once tickets are purchased
if you wish to take part and cant make any of the dates above contact us to arrange other options.
WHATS IS THE CHALLENGE
Solos or teams of two tackle the compound lifts with a twist of cardio in multiple AMRAP challenges.
Take part for leader board position, prizes, bragging rights or just for the challenge.
This event suits athletes of all levels after serious comp or people just up for a challenge.
TOP 4 OVERALL CATEGORY WINNERS QUALIFY
The Top 4 overall highest scoring in each category after all events have been completed, will be invited back for a championship showdown Saturday 29th June, to decide who becomes grand champs of the challenge.

Solo: Male and Female
Teams: Male pairs and Female pairs
The Compound Trilogy:
3 X 15min AMRAP and finisher
Conquer as many rounds as you can, with each round consisting of a set number of reps of the compound lift and calories/reps on the cardio exercise
1/ Bench press vs Airbike
2/ Back Squats vs Rower
3/ Deadlifts vs Lunge ball 2 target
4/ Sandbag finisher

15mins AMRAP
Airbike 15 calories into 10 Reps Barbell Bench Press
Calories and full rep targets must be completed before continuing.
Weights cannot be changed mid workout
On the final round before time runs out any full completed reps or calories will count to end score so keep pushing
Minimum and Maximum Calorie burn per round on airbike is 15, before moving on. Reset bike each round ( final round add every completed calorie upto 15 within time)
Minimum and Maximum REPS per round on Bench press is 10 before moving on. (Final round any reps upto 10 will be added to score)
Score is Total reps x weight + calories x10
15mins AMRAP
Lunge Ball 2 Target 20 Reps into 10 Reps DEADLIFT
Calories and full rep targets must be completed before continuing.

4x 10m length sandbag shuttles into 10 sandbag over shoulder
full distance/rep targets must be completed before continuing.
Weights cannot be changed mid workout
On the final round before time runs out any full completed reps or completed shuttles will count to end score so keep pushing
Minimum and Maximum shuttles is 4 x 10m, before moving on. ( final round add every completed Shuttle upto 4)
Minimum and Maximum REPS per round on sand bag over shoulder is 10 before moving on. (Final round any reps upto 10 will be added to score)
Score is Total shuttles x sandbag weight + Total reps x sand bag weight
