Warrior Fitness Individual Open 2025
About This Competition
The Warrior Fitness Competition is a physical fitness event designed to challenge athletes in multiple components of fitness. With the top 52 athletes advancing to the competition finals.
The aim of this qualifcation event is to find the “Fittest” in each category stated below. The qualification process will consist of 3 workouts with all workouts being released at the same time. Athletes will have 5-weeks to complete all workouts, update scores and submit video links.
The Warrior Fitness Individual Open will have four categories detailed as follows:
- As Prescribed (Rx). Male or Female athletes completing the qualifying workouts as they are prescribed for this category.
- Scaled. Male or Female athletes completing scaled variations of the qualifying workouts.
- Masters. Male or Female athletes aged between 37 and 44 on the day of the qualifiers being released (15 Aug 25). Completing the qualifying workouts as they are prescribed in the Masters Category.
- Veterans. Male or Female athletes aged 45 and above on the day of the qualifiers being released (15 Aug 25). Completing the qualifying workouts as they are prescribed in the Veterans Category.
