we will allow teams to register until day of, but the deadline for teams to register and still receive their event t-shirts is this sunday february 2nd.

Teams of 4 with 2 males, 2 females, with an average age of at least 35 years old.

Wall ball shots (20/14#)
Box jumps (24/20in)
Thrusters (95/65#)
Slamballs (40/30#)
Kettlebell Swings (53/35#)
Ground to overhead (155/105#)
Dumbbell snatches (50/35#)
DB Ground to Overhead (50's/35's)
Deadlift (225/155#)
Burpees (of course!)

Workouts
ALL TEAM MEMBERS PARTICIPATING
*10min AMRAP, alternating pairs every round*
4 burpees
6 slam balls (40/30#)
19 Single Arm DB Thrusters (50/35# switch arms whenever)
*Male A/Female A will work at the same time on separate slam balls/DB's, after which they will tag off to Male B/Female B*
*There will be one 50# DB, one 35# DB, one 40# and one 30# slam ball in each lane*
*Score is total rounds and reps completed in 10min*

10min AMRAP:
40 synchronized DB snatches (50/35#)
With time remaining AMRAP:
12 PVC jump overs (20in for all)
10 single arm alternating DB squat cleans (50/35#)
6 toes to bar (2x hanging knee raises)
*Male and Female will work at the same time on synchro DB snatches. Then they will split and switch off rounds until 10min. Score is total rounds and reps of the triplet over all 10min.*
*There will be one PVC/box set-up, a 50# DB, and a 35# DB in each lane*

*Male and Female will work at the same time on synchro swings. Then they will split and switch off rounds until 10min. Score is total rounds and reps of the triplet over all 10min.*
*There will be a 20# and 14# ball, 53# and 35# kettlebell in each lane*
*Bring your jump ropes! We have some if needed*

*There will be a 24in/20in box, one rower, a pair of each DB's, one 225# barbell and one 155# barbell in each lane*
