Workouts
The top 8 teams will progress to a Semi final and then top 4 will compete in a final.
This is a sprint event with 4 teams competing at a time.
Athlete 1 will sprint the sled 10m and then run to their box and complete 3 Burpee Box overs. clearing the box is allowed or touching the top with 1 or 2 feet is also allowed. they will then sprint to their partner who will then sprint to their sled and repeat the process. Fastest 4 times of the top 8 progress to the final.
Semi final Sled weight = 80kg
box height is 20" SF and Final
Final Sled weight = 120kg

Athletes will run 1km as a pair holding a piece of rope. When 1km is complete 1 athlete will be dropped off and the second athlete will complete a 200m Sprint solo.
score is total time taken to complete the 1.2km run.
This will be a mass start event in 2 waves 5 mins apart.
This is a 1000m Ski for time split however you like.
Minimum work requirement is that both athletes must contribute to the ski, however much or little as you like.
immediately following the ski you will move onto workout 3 in the remaining time
Immediately following workout 2 in the remaining time Athletes will complete a 1RM Back squat and a 3RM Deadlift. Each athlete will perform one of the lifts. Once you start lifting you cannot change lifts. Each team will have 1 male bar 20kg and 1 female bar 15kg bar.
Each team will have 200kg to share as they like.
You can have as many attempts as you like, lifts must be completed before the time cap.

in 8 Mins Athletes will complete the buy in then complete an AMRAP in remaining time.
Teams will choose who is allocated Athlete 1 or 2 for this workout.
Athlete 1 will complete 40 Wallballs @9/6kg
Athelete 2 will complete 1000m Bike erg

5 Synchro Down ups
15 KB USA Swings (Split as you like) @24/16kg
10 Synchro Lunge*
15 Cal Bike Erg (split as you like)
*1 athlete must hold a KB in any position, 2nd Athlete will Bodyweight Lunge
in a 9 min time cap

40 Burpee Broad jumps (YGIG 1m)
30 Synchro DB Snatch @22.5/15kg
20 Sandbag clean @50/30kg
10 Synchro DB Devil press
you may split the non synchro work as you like, no minimum work requirement
