House Work is an in-house competition for members of Undefeated Health & Performance.

The focus of this competition is to have a fun and fitness filled day with our entire community. The programming will be designed to test overall fitness abilities and be accessible for everyone.

The standards are very simple for this event. We want to encourage those of us who are normally intermediate to go Rx for this competition.

There are purposely no barbell standards because the weights will be very manageable for the divisions.

Rx:

Pull-ups

Toes to Bar

Double Unders

Novice:

Jumping Pull-ups

Toes to Hip Height

Single Unders

Workouts

Each partner performs the following for one total time:

1000 m row

100 double unders/150 single unders

10 sandbag cleans to shoulder (150/100) (100/50)

15-minute time cap.

At the call of 3-2-1 GO! partner one will move from their starting mat to their rower to complete a 1000 m row. Once they complete the row, they will complete 100 double unders or 150 single unders, followed by 10 sandbag cleans to the shoulder.

After partner one completes their last sandbag clean to the shoulder they will run back to the starting mat where partner two is waiting. Partner two will then complete the same work.

Time stops when partner two is back on their starting mat.

Your score is the total time is takes both partners to complete their work or "cap" plus however many reps are remaining when the time cap hits.

*note - every 100 m on the rower is worth 1 rep.

For time:
100 wall balls (20/14) (14/10)
800 m rope run
60 toes to bar/60 hanging knee raises
400 m rope run

15-minute time cap.

At the call of 3-2-1 GO! teams will move from their starting mats to the wall to complete 100 wall ball shots with one athlete working at a time. Once the wall balls are completed teams will complete an 800 m rope run with each partner holding one end of the rope. We will run the 800 m route leaving out the back door and to the right.

Once back in the building teams will advance to their pull up bar to complete either 60 toes to bar or 60 hanging knee raises with one partner working at a time.

Teams will then complete a 400 m rope run to finish the workout leaving out the back door. Time stops when the team has returned to their starting mats.

Your score is the total time it takes to complete the prescribed work or "cap" plus however many reps are remaining when the time cap hits.

Immediately following the time cap of Event Two, teams will move onto Event Three.

Event Three is a 7-minute window for both partners to establish a one rep max clean & jerk.

Partners will have their own barbells.

The score for the event is the combined weight of both partners heaviest successful lifts.

Any style of clean is allowed, and any style of jerk is allowed.

The barbell must start on the floor, be cleaned to the shoulders, and jerked overhead.

For time:

60 pull ups/60 jumping chest to bar pull ups

40 synchro bar facing burpees

20 squat snatches (135/95) (95/65)

8-minute time cap.

At the call of 3-2-1 GO! teams will move from their starting mats to their pull up bars to complete 60 pull ups or 60 jumping chest to bar pull ups. They will then advance to their barbell to perform 40 synchro bar facing burpees. After the burpees are completed partners will perform 20 squat snatches between the two of them with one partner working at a time. Each partner will have their own barbell.

Time stops when both partners are back on their starting mats. Your score is the time to complete the prescribed work or "cap" plus however many reps are remaining.

Event Three starts when the 8-minute time cap hits.
