We are very excited to have you join us for an in person throwdown June 17, 2023.
We can't wait to throw down with you!
There will be SIX divisions male and female scaled and rx age divisions are:
JR. Masters Are welcome this year! 30-34
35-39
40-49
50+
RX athletes should be able to clean and jerk, front squat, shoulder to over head 115/75 deadlift 225/155 thruster 95/65 dumbell ground to over head 50/35 perform double unders, toes to bar, box jumps, burpees, rowing and pull ups.
Scaled athletes 35-54 and rx athletes 55 and up should be able to clean and jerk, front squat, shoulder to over head 95/65 deadlift 155/105 thruster 65/45 dumbell ground to over head 35/20 perform single unders, hanging leg lifts, box step ups, burpees, and rowing
Scaled athletes 55 and up should be able to clean and jerk, front squat, shoulder to over head 75/55 deadlift 105/85 thruster 55/35 dumbell ground to over head 25/15 perform single unders,hanging leg lifts, box step ups, burpees and rowing.
We will have a cash PRIZE for1st place winners in the RX division you must have at least 4 people in your division and they MUST show up the day of the competition and its only for 1st place. We will allow older athletes to move up into a division in the event your divison doesn't meet the requirements of having 4 people but this change must be done 1 week prior to the comeptition date!

Workouts
Complete as many reps as possible in 12 minutes:
400m ski
30 wall balls 20/14
2 rope climbs
wall balls: hip crease must clearly pass below the knees and ball must hit designated target.
Scaled/Ledgends 50+ Scaled: W/B 20/14 & Knee ups
RX Athletes: W/B 20/14 & 2 Rope Climbs
RX Ledgends W/B 20/14 & 1 Rope Climb
50m Run each round
Burpee to plate (45 lbs Plate: ALL)
Dumbell Thrusters
(RX:50/35, Scaled: 35/20, Scaled Legends 25/15 RX Ledgends same as scaled)
1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9...
5 min amrap
Each round complete a 50 meter shuttle run (25 down, 25 back)
then the designated number of burpees to plate and dumbell thrusters until 5 minutes has expired.
Score is total number of repititions.
Burpee: the athlete must have their chest, hips, and knees touch the ground at the bottom and finish with BOTH feet on top of the plate hips and knees fully extended.
Dumbell thruster: the athlete must have the dumbells in the the front rack position and the hip crease must clearly go below the knees finishing with the athlete having both dumbells fully extended in the overhead position.
From the rig find a one rep max of the following complex:
2 Front Squats + 2 shoulder to overhead
3 minute time cap
Front squat: The athletes hip crease must clearly pass below the knees and stand back up to full extension at the top.
Shoulder to over head: from the front rack position get the barbell over head with shoulders open, elbows fully extended, hips and knees straight in any way the athlete would like.

Deadlifts (RX:275/185, Scaled-Legends:155/105, Scaled:185/125, RX Ledgends 185/125)
Handstand Push ups (HRPU for scaled)
8 minute time cap
Deadlift: the athletes hands must be outside the legs a sumo grip and or stance is not allowed, the athlete must reach full extension of the hips and knees with shoulders behind the hips and touch the ground at the bottom with no excessive bouncing of the bar.
Handstand push ups: the athlete must establish a handstand first before coming down, head must clearly make contact with the floor and achieve full extension of the shoulders and elbows with both heels touching the wall at the top of the movement.
Deadlifts: (RX:275/185, Legends:185/125, Scaled:185/125)
Handstand Push Ups ( All RX atheltes)
Handstand Push up= Hand Release Push ups for all Scaled divisions
