About This Competition
Join Great Oak CrossFit for the 9th annual WOD Wars!
This is a 3-person, same-sex, team competition.
This year we will have 3 divisions: Rx, Scaled, and Masters (35+).
Workouts will be released as we get closer to “go time”
Athlete baseball tee deadline: December 18th.
Early Bird Team Sign Up: starting now and will end on November 20th

Workouts
12 min rotating EMOM
Description:
1st minute..
athletes A and B will synchronize single db devils presses while athlete C is accumulating C2B.
2nd minute..
Athletes C and A will synchronize the devil’s presses while athlete B performs C2B.
Continue rotating, in this order, for 12 (total) minutes.
At the 7minute mark, the C2B will become T2B

Description:
1st minute..
athletes A and B will synchronize single db devils presses while athlete C is accumulating C2B.
2nd minute..
Athletes C and A will synchronize the devil’s presses while athlete B performs C2B.
Continue rotating, in this order, for 12 (total) minutes.
At the 7minute mark, the C2B will become T2B

Burpee Box Jumps and Snatches
Description:
Athletes will rotate, in order (one works while two rest) Each minute begins with a 5 Burpee Box jump “buy in”Once the 5 bbj are complete, the athlete moves to a barbell to perform as many snatches as possible, until the minute is up. Once the target snatch reps are completed the snatches get heavier. If the team makes it to the heaviest bar, they will go for max reps until time is up.

Description:
Athlete A will work through a full round. Once the athlete finishes the jump rope, they must hold a barbell in a front rack while athlete B completes their round. Athlete B will then hold the front rack while athlete C completes their round. Continue rotating this way, for 15 minutes
