About This Competition

CrossFit Danbury, is proud to announce the 1st Annual "MadHatterMania" Partner Throwdown to be held on Saturday June 11th, 2016 at CrossFit Danbury. This is a partner Competition teams of 2 same gender. Both RX , Scaled and Masters (40+) team divisions, with a $1000 cash prize to the winning RX team

Workouts

10 Min Cap. 80 Cal Row- 40 CALS EACH- Follow the leader format. 50 Burpee Box Jump Overs ( 24/20), 50 DBALL Over Shoulder (100/60). At 3,2,1, go Athlete 1 will row 40 cals on the rower once he/she finishes 40 cals Athlete 1 will transition to the BBJO and start chipping away at 50 of these while Athlete 2 does 40 cal row. Once Athlete 2 finishes the row he/she can join Athlete 1 and continue working through the remainder of the workout splitting the reps anyway they desire. RX, Masters and Scaled will do the same version of this workout.

RX & Masters. Max Reps in 6 mins, 3 mins: Thrusters 155/105, 2mins: Thrusters 135/95, 1 min: Thrusters: 95/65. Score is total reps for all 6 mins, Split reps as desired. Scaled version: 3 mins : Thrusters 135/95, 2 Mins: Thrusters 95/65, 1 Mins: Thrusters 75/55. Score is Total Reps is your score.

RX & Masters. 9 Minute Cap, 42-30-18, Deadlift (225/155), TTB // Scaled Version: 42-30-18, Deadlift 185/125, Ab Mat Sit up

90 wall balls, (30 lbs /20lbs), (60/45 cal.) on assault bike, 30 over head squats, (135 lbs/ 95 lbs), 15 bar muscle-ups
