Gobbler Getdown is BACK for its 2nd year!!!
Grab a partner and get ready for a day filled with PRs, high-fives, and showcasing your skills through some fun workouts!
Regardless of fitness level or experience, this is an opportunity to challenge yourself one last time before the holiday season amongst the surrounding areas of CrossFit Rosharon.

Workouts
PART A:
Each team will have 5 minutes to establish a max clean and jerk per partner.
Only one partner can lift at a time and there is no limit to how many attempts each partner takes to reach their 1 rep max clean and jerk.
Athletes may choose to receive the clean & jerk in either a power or squat position.
After the time cap, each team will get a 90 second transition period to load/unload their bar before the start of Part B.
Part B:
Rep Scheme is decreasing reps in each movement from 10, 9, 8, 7, -->1
Hang Cleans (125/85)(95/65)
Synchronized T2B (Intermediate) OR Partner Medball Sit-Ups 20#/14# (Scaled)
Part B will begin once Part A's 5 minute time cap has been completed then each team will have 90 seconds to unload/load their barbell to match their divisions required weight for hang cleans.
Intermediate: Both partners feet must touch the bar at the same time for a successful rep.
Scaled: Both partners will reach back and touch the ground above head, one partner will have the required medball in hands, and they will both lean back to touch overhead on the ground and then both come up at the same time to pass the medball to the partner at the top of the sit up for a successful rep.
Partner A and Partner B will stand on either side of the volleyball net and will have to burpee (chest to ground) then thruster and pass the 30#/20# wallball for as many reps as they can within a 3 minute time cap.
For Time, 'You Go, I Go'
6 Rounds:
3 Wall Walk
6 Overhead Squats (95/65)(85/55)
9 Burpee Over Bar (Lateral)
Each team will have a total of 9 minutes to complete 6 rounds of the 3 movements listed above. Partner A will need to complete 3 wall walks, 6 ohs, and 9 burpee over bars as fast as they can. As Partner A is working through the 3 movements for a completion of 1 round, Partner B rests. As soon as round 1 is completed by Partner A, Partner B will then begin the same sequence as fast as they can while Partner A rests. Each Partner will continue to alternate accumulating rounds until 6 total rounds have been completed within the time cap.
Intermediate:
Wall walks - both palms must touch the taped line that is 10 inches from the wall and rep starts with chest on the ground, head must be through the arms when stacked, and rep ends with chest on the ground for a good rep.
Burpee Over Bar - Must jump over the bar, both feet must be in the air no matter the take off, for each rep.
Scaled:
Wall walks - both palms must touch the taped line that is 22 inches from the wall and rep starts with chest on the ground and ends with chest on the ground for each rep to count.
Burpee Over Bar - May step or jump over the bar for each rep.
For Time:

10 MIN TIME CAP
Partners can choose to split reps any way they'd like as long as they've accumulated the number of reps for one movement, they can move on to the next. Only one partner working at a time.
Intermediate Men: Double Unders & Two 50# Dumbbells Over a 24" Box
