About This Competition

We are excited to put the pandemic in the rearview mirror and deliver a challenging and fun event in BC's Interior. 2021's Event will be small-scale, but a focus will be put on delivering an exceptional participant experience for all levels.

WHAT'S INCLUDED ... HOW MANY WORKOUTS?

  • A minimum of 5 workouts will be performed by each team.

Workouts

3 x 2km Trail Run Relay

Each athlete does the same 2km loop, teams choose their order.

12 Rounds for Time

4 Wall Climbs
8 Pull-Ups
12 Box Overs (Step or Jump)
24 Double Unders

Max Reps Muscle-Ups
(Sets 1&3 Bar - Sets 2&4 Ring)


Reps to be completed in full rounds. Each team member must do at least one round during each 5:00 block. Muscle-ups are to be completed in 5 rep “chunks”. If a team member cannot perform muscle-ups they must substitute pull-ups to equal 5 reps. Team must rotate through in a constant order. 

Score is total reps Muscle-Ups. Total pull-ups will be used as tie breaker.

*Each heat will begin Event 3 IMMEDIATELY following the completion of Event 2*

All 3 team members must complete their reps within the 2 minute time. Each athlete gets only one turn at the bar. Score is total completed reps.

2 athletes working while 1 athlete completes 15 calorie bike. When 15 calories on the bike is complete athletes will rotate.
